Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

Reviewed on Jan. 2, 2009 by ROWAN1099
Very tasty. I followed other reviewers' advice ad subbed chicken broth for water, 15oz tomato sauce and 15oz diced tomatoes for the large can of tomato sauce, added 1/2 pkg frozen spinach and only used 1/2 lb ditalini pasta. I would add it to the bowls next time as the noodles absorbed a lot of liquid.

Pumpkin Dip

Reviewed on Jan. 1, 2009 by MICHBAILEY
Very yummy! I made this for Thanksgiving at a friend's house. Everyone loved it. We dipped Granny Smith Apples and Ginger Snaps. The presentation was beautiful in the hollowed out pumpkin. Thanks for the idea.
